Stacy Thomas is a shareholder in the Jackson office of the law firm Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell and Berkowitz, PC. He has practiced with the Firm since 1996. He focuses on federal and state tax issues, tax disputes, and estate planning. Stacy is a graduate of Mississippi State University and is a past president alumni Advisory Council for the Adkerson School of Accountancy. He received his law degree from Vanderbilt University and a master’s degree in tax law from New York University. Stacy is a former president and member of the board of the Mississippi Society of Certified Public Accountants (Baker Donelson is not a CPA firm). He has served as Chair of the Taxation Section of the Mississippi Bar Association and president of the Estate Planning Council of Mississippi.
