Awarded to a full-time junior or senior at a public university in Mississippi or at Southern University in Louisiana majoring in criminal justice, political science or counseling

Charles E. “Chuck” Griffin Memorial Scholarship
Awarded to one or more deserving students at Jim Hill High School, Hinds Community College, and/or Tougaloo College

The Blake Coghlan Memorial Ag Scholarship
Awarded to one graduating high school senior from Yazoo County or Sharkey County intending to study Agriculture or Agriculture related degree at a Mississippi 4-year or 2-year institution. The award is for a period of one academic year.

Awarded to a full-time junior or senior female college student majoring in journalism at the University of Southern Mississippi or the University of Mississippi, or a political science major with media involvement at Mississippi State University

Awarded to two senior students at Richland High School to provide financial assistance at any two- or four-year college or university

Awarded to qualified Madison Central High School seniors who attended Madison Avenue Upper Elementary School and will attend a two- or four-year college in Mississippi full-time
